News Burst: MS rechristens 'Millennium' as 'Windows Me'

Currently code-named "Millennium," Microsoft has christened the product "Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition," or, less officially, "Windows Me."

Millennium is poised to go to Beta 3 within the next couple of weeks. Microsoft has said it will launch the product in Q3 2000.
