On November 10 the Corel Users Association is holding an all day seminar on digital photography. Called 'everything you wanted to know about digital photography, but didn't know where to find out,' it's aimed at first time digital camera users.

Sessions on the day will include the pros and cons of digital versus traditional photography, advice on choosing a digital camera, transferring and storing the images from camera to PC and image manipulation techniques.

More advanced topics include the basics of photo compositing, stitching multiple images, and tips on how to use a digital camera more creatively.

The event is being held in London at the Open University Conference Centre, and if you mention ZDNet when booking you'll get a special discount.

Contact Anne Gray on 0870 740 7723 for more details.
