My Palm's got GSM...

Option's latest gadget is a GSM adapter for the PalmPilot -- the first ever apparently.

Clip it on to your Palm or IBM WorkPad, connect its cable to your GSM phone and bingo -- you've got direct access to your PC at 9600bps. There are different versions available to suit different GSM handsets including Nokia 8110, 3110; Ericsson 300/600/700 series; Panasonic G350, G400, G5000; and the Siemens S4. Power comes from two AA batteries, giving around 15 hours connection time, and it comes bundled with SMS and Phonebook management software.

Available now for £95 from PPCP.

Next Nugget: Agfa USB scanner

There's a stupidly simple Nuggets competition going on at the mo. Click here and you could win some fab gear for your PC
