News Burst: DOJ, Microsoft in appeals court tomorrow

Microsoft and the Justice Department confront each other tomorrow in the federal appeals court but both sides are already looking to the possibility of new, broader charges that may be on the horizon.

Microsoft asked the three-judge panel to overturn a court order issued late last year by U.S. District Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson. The panel will give each side 20 minutes to argue its side.
