CA acquires AI company

Computer Associates International, Inc. has acquired privately-held AI WARE, Inc., which makes decision software that uses artificial intelligence including neural net and optimisation techniques. Financial terms were not disclosed.

CA said it will incorporate AI's technology in its enterprise management systems and application development tools.
