STB to buy Symmetric

STB will continue to use the Symmetric name on a line of cards based on 3Dlabs processors.
"The acquisition by STB Systems gives Symmetric access to STB's first-tier OEM customers and world-class manufacturing/buying power," said Perry Copus, president of Symmetric, in a prepared statement.
