Webster can import vector and bitmap images which can then be scaled and rotated and converted to anti-aliased GIFs and JPEGs. It also includes CorelXARA code allowing users to export anti-aliased GIF and JPEG images and create small-footprint vector graphics that can be used with the Xara plug-in for Navigator and Internet Explorer. Animated GIF, Text and transparency tools are also available, as is documentation and a Xara Web-hosted clip-art gallery that is automatically updated.
