Oki forges ahead in workgroup printers

The OkiPage 16n builds on the OL 1200ex range, boosting print speeds from 12ppm to 16ppm. The printer can produce 145 greyscales at 600 x 1200dpi. The 2Mb memory can be expanded to 66Mb and a Postscript Level II option allows for a further 2Mb to 4Mb RAM. The unit has a standard 500-sheet tray with 100-sheet auto-feeder, but 100- and 500-sheet trays are available, bringing paper handling up to 1,200 sheets. Ethernet network cards will initially be available, with Token Ring following soon.
