This photo of actor Harvey Keitel sits in Microsoft's security war room. When Christopher Budd worked at Microsoft's Security Response Center, he said he joked that working there was a lot like being Keitel's character, "The Wolf", in Pulp Fiction. "Doing it right means you have to remain calm in a crisis and help others stay calm," he said. Budd now works in Microsoft's privacy unit.
