Hong Kong authorities have arrested a 38-year-old man who is accused of sharing copyrighted files over the Internet.

According to Associated Press reports, Hong Kong's Customs and Excise Department arrested the unnamed man after an investigation into the file-sharing program BitTorrent. The reports said the suspect has not been charged and that the case is still being investigated.

Criminals found guilty of media piracy in Hong Kong can face up to four years in jail and a fine.
