News Burst: Dot-com workers clueless about security

E-commerce firms in the UK are in a particularly poor state of health, with IT professionals blaming workers for ignoring security risks, according to research released Wednesday by computer security firm Network Associates.

The research, which questioned IT professionals within UK e-commerce sites, found that 71 percent of respondents thought workers were not taking security seriously and pointed to a lack of IT skills within the workforce.
