News Burst: 'Love Bug' suspect set free

Philippine police released Tuesday the man suspected of writing the "Love Bug" computer worm, citing a lack of evidence.

Reonel Ramones, a 27-year-old bank employee, was arrested by the Philippine National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on Monday. He was charged with violating the Access Devices Regulation Act, which primarily deals with passwords for credit cards.
