Managers are committing computer crimes - report

A survey undertaken last year reported that 33 per cent of admin staff and 28 per cent of managers had been involved in computer crime incidents, ranging from fraud to using unlicensed software and pornographic material.

Organisations being reported increased from 36 per cent in 1994 to 45 per cent last year.

The survey was based on 900 respondents from the private sector, central and local government and the NHS.
