News Burst: Instant Messaging gets a voice

Instant messaging got a significant boost Thursday as Microsoft added voice to its MSN Messenger service V3.0.

The software giant, which has been battling with AOL and Yahoo! over the instant messaging system, has incorporated technology from Net2Phone which lets PC users chat using voice.
