Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson's ruling in the MS-DoJ ruling will come at 1:30 PM PT instead of at noon, the court said. No reason for the delay was announced.

What do you think? Tell the Mailroom. And read what others have said.

Take me to the DoJ/Microsoft special.
