News Burst: HP partners with Delphi

Hewlett-Packard has signed a deal with Delphi Information Systems to create a portal for the insurance industry, dubbed ebix.com. Delphi, which makes accounting and finance reporting software, will share transaction revenues with HP. HP will get a two-year option to take an ownership stake in the site, the companies said.
