Microsoft has confirmed UK prices for the latest version of its popular applications suite, Office 2000, due to be launched on the 8th June. The software giant will be offering no less than eleven different versions of Office 2000. A release sent to ZDNet claims that the pricing of most versions represents a freezing of prices over Office 97 pricing. However, early reviews have suggested that big firms wishing to deploy O2K across the corporation are in for increased staff training costs, and may also need to beef up intranets.
