"We haven't seen demand for the 150MHz Mobile so we're going straight to 166," said John Ioannou, managing director.

AJP's 5400 has cooling fans at the side and on top of the CPU and the company claims it has experienced no overheating problems. The standard specification comes equipped with 16Mb EDO RAM, 810Mb hard drive, 12.1-inch SVGA TFT screen, six-speed CD-ROM drive, removable floppy drive, one Type III PC Card slot, joypad controls, 16-bit sound and nickel metal-hydride battery. Price is £2,150 + VAT direct, not including operating system.
