Microsoft has released the beta 2 edition of its upcoming Internet Explorer 8 browser. The emphasis of this release is on customer-oriented features. Microsoft is still playing catch-up with Opera, Safari and Firefox, but offers a few unique features as well. The final version of the IE8 browser will be released in November.
