ISP to sue BT for alleged breach of contract

A UK Internet Service Provider (ISP) plans to sue BT for alleged breach of contract.
Zone Corporation, which traded under the name www.o8002go.com, had planned to launch an unmetered Internet access service only to be scupperred by BT's change of plan. Zone claims BT had guaranteed it would be able to buy line access for a fixed price, only to later insist that Zone would be charged for every minute that its customers were online.
Zone claims that the change, which occurred just before its Web site was to launch, forced it to increase the price of its service -- discouraging some customers from signing up.
BT denies the allegations and claims that no contract ever existed between it and Zone Corporation.
