A new interactive online encyclopaedia of Internet security has been created by British computer security firm Firetrench.

The site contains explanations on a wide range of computer security issues, from the mundane and everyday to the most obscure corners of the field. The creators also hope that the list will develop with the help of other security enthusiasts who are encouraged to contribute suggestions additions and corrections as well as requests for information to the directory.

A representative of Firetrench says, "Others can ask for information and even if we don't know it we'll dig it up. We're planning a search engine and hopefully it will quickly build a hell of a lot bigger."

I wonder, who needs .asia domain? I cannot imagine, what would be useful for Microsoft.asia? Toyota.asia? Then let's register .europe (if .eu is too short). Or perhaps Microsoft.southamerica, Dell.australiaandnewzealand, Coca-Cola.africa... Sound funny? Then why not just use the global and country domains? Or perhaps it is time to drop the domains at all?
