As with virtually all of these offers however, the precise definition of "free" seems to be a tenuous one. With Stray Duck users will indeed get free telephone access to the Net access and will not even have to pay a subscription charge. Unfortunately 0800 Internet access will only really be offered every three weeks, and the amount of free access will be based on the average amount of time spent paying to get online in the preceding weeks.
