Government launches e-commerce week

The government launches e-commerce week Monday with Prime Minister Tony Blair admitting he underestimated the Internet revolution.

In an article in the Guardian newspaper, the PM admits he made a mistake about the pace of digital change and promises the government will take the lead in creating a stable market, providing technology skills for everyone and modernising government.
