Hewlett-Packard is getting into the groove with five new desktop PCs with musical capabilities. On Monday the company announced the new Pavilion desktop PCs, which include MusicMatch Jukebox software and a CD-Rewritable drive. MusicMatch enables users to record, organise and playback digital music.

The new PCs in HP's Pavilion 8500 and 6500 series include faster processors and increased memory. A Pavilion 8550 model, with an Intel 500MHz Celeron processor and the musical capabilities starts at $1049 (£640), while a Pavilion 6535 PC, with a 466MHz Celeron, starts at $599.

I wonder, who needs .asia domain? I cannot imagine, what would be useful for Microsoft.asia? Toyota.asia? Then let's register .europe (if .eu is too short). Or perhaps Microsoft.southamerica, Dell.australiaandnewzealand, Coca-Cola.africa... Sound funny? Then why not just use the global and country domains? Or perhaps it is time to drop the domains at all?
