Link between Net porn and child abuse acknowledged

Government guidelines on child abuse have been updated to take account of pornography on the Internet it was announced last week. Unveiled by junior Health Minister John Hutton, the guidance "Working Together to Safeguard Children" acknowledges a link between Net pornographers and child abuse.
