Hauser keynotes first UK NetWorld+Interop expo

Hauser, now chairman of NChannel, a Network Computer startup, will discuss the future of home Internet appliances. Also giving addresses will be executives from Nortel, Cisco and 3Com.

The show takes place in Earls Court 2, London between October 30 and November 1. Details are available from show organiser Softbank's Web site.

I wonder, who needs .asia domain? I cannot imagine, what would be useful for Microsoft.asia? Toyota.asia? Then let's register .europe (if .eu is too short). Or perhaps Microsoft.southamerica, Dell.australiaandnewzealand, Coca-Cola.africa... Sound funny? Then why not just use the global and country domains? Or perhaps it is time to drop the domains at all?
