Samsung has unveiled its latest netbook, the N120.

The 10.1-inch-screened subnotebook is unusual in that it uses a 12-inch machine's chassis, giving it what Samsung calls a full 'notebook-style' keyboard. By contrast, most netbooks' keyboards are fairly cramped, with the most capacious going up to around 90 percent of 'full' notebook keyboard size.

The netbook also has a long-life, six-cell battery, which the manufacturer claims will give users up to 10.5 hours of power. If the claim is borne out by testing, this brings the latest in Samsung's range closer to new rivals, such as Asus's 1000HE Eee PC, which offers a similar battery life.
