The XPS One, Dell's all-in-one desktop PC, is among the products getting the Red treatment. Dell isn't charging more for the product. For each XPS One sold, a total joint contribution of $80 (£40) will go to combating Aids in Africa.

So if you upgrade to XP SP3 you can't uninstall Internet Explorer, I'm quite sure I'm having a Deja-vu feeling about MS preventing people from uninstalling Internet Explorer in other Windows products.
