Making data centres more energy efficient

At the AlwaysOn GoingGreen conference last week in California, panel moderator Andrew Hargadon, of the University of California at Davis, leads a discussion with executives on how new technologies and better engineering will make the data centre more energy efficient.

The panelists are: Chandrakant Patel, a fellow at HP; Rockwell Bonecutter, managing partner of Accenture; Peter Van Deventer, chief executive of SynapSense; and Robert Johnson, chief executive of Environmental Support Solutions.
