Fujitsu Siemens Computers has reorganised its notebook portfolio under one brand and refocused its strategy on Europe.

The notebooks will be sold under the LifeBook brand, and the company has launched the first three notebook ranges within its portfolio -- the LifeBook B mini-notebook, the LifeBook S ultra-portable and the LifeBook C entry-level series.

The company said that its strategy would be focussed on Europe, with the aim of gaining a top three position in the European notebook market by 2001.
