Action 2000 names and shames

The local government sites are the first victims of Action 2000's naming and shaming campaign. Under the government bug body's colour coding, red means some computers systems are not yet Y2K compliant.

Although local government agencies have not been spared the Y2K outing, financial institutions -- which may include high street banks -- will not be named.
