Wow... 17" for £300

More news from the oh so exciting world of monitors. LG Electonics' is releasing a Flatron 795FT, boasting a 17-inch flat screen and a USB port with one input and four outputs.

As always with monitor vendors LG seems very concerned with your eyes, so they've made the screen with dark tint glass and inner and outer anti-reflective coatings, which it says will reduce eye fatigue as well as preventing image distortion. Monitor obsessives will be pleased to learn that the Flatron can display a resolution of 1600 x 1200 pixels at a refresh rate of 75Hz (yes that is unusual chaps!) with a horizontal frequency of 96kHz.

The fellas at LG assure us that this anorexic model is digitally configurable, plug-and-play compatible and out now for around £280-300.
