Advanced Micro Devices Inc. and its chief executive Jerry Sanders have been socked with a class action lawsuit by Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach, a San Diego law firm that often figures in lawsuits against technology companies whose stock prices sharply fluctuate. The lawsuit cites the chipmaker with unspecified fraud violations.
