Nuggets: Keyboards to the left...

Lefty keyboard ain't cheap

If you're left handed and feel bitterly that the world should start coming round to your view of things, you'll be glad to know that LefKey International has just introduced a custom made lefty keyboard.

The LefKey is a standard 104-key extended keyboard with a small difference. On the LefKey the arrow and numeric keypads sit to the left of the `Qwerty' keys, instead of to the right. The problem is that this probably won't make that much of a difference to those of you who've grown up using `right-handed' keyboards. Although the company claims using the keyboard may reduce the chance of repetitive strain injuries (RSI) in lefties, it can offer no ergonomic evidence to support this.

At $129 (£78.65) the LefKey isn't cheap -- probably one for all you militant left-handed folk out there, already celebrating the release of left-handed cheque books.
