Pay-per-view at Compaq

Agora Interactive Inc. is working with Compaq Computer Corp. and Lucent Technologies Inc. to develop pay-per-view technology on a PC platform. The companies said they are currently developing a system that will run on PC architecture with a high-speed Internet connection. The companies did not say when the technologies would be ready for sale.
