News Burst: Microsoft will delay Win98

The move comes as the parties held eleventh-hour negotiations this morning concerning a major Sherman Antitrust case that was about to be launched against the company.

A source close to the case said however, that a suit could still be filed unless Microsoft is willing to make "serious concessions" and changes in its business practices.
