News Burst: Napster use triples since February

Napster was used at least once in July by 6 percent of all US home PCs with a modem, according to Media Metrix.

At-home use tripled since February, increasing from 1.1m to 4.9m visitors, according to Media Metrix.

The file-swapping application is now the 43rd most popular on the Web.
