FBI says cyber-attack tools available

There are plenty of tools available to help Web sites prevent or control Denial of Service attacks such as those that have made headlines this week, but it is up to the sites themselves to use them.
"The key to this is prevention," said FBI spokesman Ronald Dick. At the same time, it was announced the FBI has launched an investigation into the attacks and is encouraging sites that are attacked to report the matter to the FBI.
