NSI annoys Internet administrators -- again

Network Solutions Inc., which registers .com, .net and .org domain names and is gearing up for competition, annoyed many in the industry when it absorbed InterNIC (an public informational resource NSI maintains) into its own networksolutions.com domain. Now network administrators say NSI is spamming them -- not a way to win popularity.

The e-mails announce the InterNIC change and advertise NSI's services, according to sources.
