Lexmark slashes UK pricing

Among the price reductions was the Optra E+, which was cut 16 per cent to £310. The Optra Es was also cut by 16 per cent to £380, while the Optra S1650 was cut from £1,050 to £949, a drop of 10 per cent. The Optra S1650t and the Optra S1650n were cut by 8 per cent and 6 per cent respectively.

Lexmark also announced a limited promotion on its 24 page per minute models of the Optra S family, the Optra S2450 and the network ready Optra S2450n. The list price of both these models is reduced by over 8% during the period 11 February and 15th April 1998.
