When ZDNet UK's editors took a bunch of 3G data cards out on the road recently, we came back with a clear winner: Vodafone. We found Vodafone's coverage to be superior to that of its competitors, and the card was the least troublesome.

In fact, we liked it so much that we persuaded Vodafone to part with four of them for us to give away to four lucky readers.

The card takes advantage of Vodafone's 3G network, offering connection speeds that are up to seven times faster than a 56k PSTN modem dial-up connection. If you find yourself in an area without 3G coverage, it'll keep you connected by switching automatically to the well-established GPRS data service.

This competition will close on 19 January, and we'll be announcing the winner on the site on 20 January. And remember, the competitions for the previous days are still open – check the individual pages for the relevant closing dates.

You can enter today's competition, and find links to the previous competitions, here.
