Whether your data backup requirements are increasing, or you just need to rip those Christmas movies faster, you'll find that the NEC DVD rewriters we have to give away will help.

The ND3520A, which is so new you cannot buy it anywhere yet, is NEC's second generation 16x DVD re-writer. The new model delivers both plus and minus dual layer recording and improves on the RW functionality of its predecessor, the NEC ND3500A. It offers RW speeds of 8x for plus and 6x for minus to ensure superb performance across both formats.

The new drive enables one hour of DVD Video to be recorded in just six minutes, and allows you to store up to 8.5GB on one DVD disc.

This competition will close on 17 January, and we'll be announcing the winner on the site on 18 January. And remember, the competitions for the previous days are still open – check the individual pages for the relevant closing dates.

You can enter today's competition, and find links to the previous competitions, here.
